Volke develops complete vehicle electrical systems. The abbreviation VOBES stands for Volkswagen Bordnetz Entwicklungs System (Volkswagen Wiring Development-System). This process describes the development of the vehicle electrical system, from the constructive design in CAD-E3D, to the creation of the wiring diagram in LCable (Logical Cable) with the help of the system circuit diagrams and the drawing extraction in LDorado, therefore merging design with electrological data. In this way, Volke creates complete and DMU-capable wiring harnesses virtually, without having to adapt the model cable bundles countless times. Through complete reproducibility of the data, all of the constructive changes within the area for example on the vehicle body, interior design, and motorization can be carried out quickly and flexibly, on-site if the customer wishes. In any case, it's possible to offer our customers a continuous development process, from the first idea right through to series production. In addition to the soft- and hardware solutions mentioned, Volke's main competitive edge lies in our involvement in the development of every aspect of a vehicle.
