Engine Construction

For more than 20 years, Volke has been constructing engines.  In addition to main aggregates, we also design and make all engine and vehicle specific drive components and attachments in accordance with the results of the package analysis.  CAD programs such as Pro-E and Catia make it possible to design the parts in the DMU-environment.  In this way, tight places between individual parts can be eliminated early on.  A modal analysis optimizes individual components and the entire aggregate with respect to their strength.
