In a very short amount of time, Volke is able to convert series engines into run-capable engine

cross-section models.  This naturally includes surface preparation.  In accordance with the customer's wishes, individual engine parts are refinished by hand, and then refined.  Other activities include the engine drive design, creating animations depicting how parts function, as well as the production of special PMMA-deep drawn components.  Section definition is done in agreement with the customer.  Should the customer wish, Volke will choose the cross-section and animation, and then create functional models of engines and engine components.  From the initial idea, to the finished cross-section model, Volke offers a complete package of services from a single source.  Our specialists are masters of their crafts – from 3D-design and development, to machining, right through to painting.   The integration of various media into the exhibit is also possible.  Thanks to the uncomplicated, rapid communication between our design, electronic, mechanical development , and production departments, in very little time, the customer receives an impressive, high quality engine model that is fully capable of functioning.
