Claim Management

Claim management is the processing and assertion of additional charges during the project.  There charges might be due to modified or additional services rendered, or as a result of the customer failing to perform previously agree upon services.  In order to safeguard the project budget, recognizing and asserting additional claims, as well as successfully warding claims off, is becoming increasingly important.  Forethought and planned actions are critically important.  The course to be followed is set during contract negotiations and the actual contract implementation.  Volke's all-round service is documented in detail, including any discrepancies.
