Precision is everything.  When the individual parts of the body are brought together, the preciseness of the geometry is crucial.  To achieve this, Volke employs a modern framing-station that guarantees the highest degree of precision.  Automobile body parts are measured on high-precision welding equipment, clamped, and up to 4-point-welded together.  In this way, the individual parts of assemblies are produced, which will then become segments of the vehicle floor, side walls, and roof elements.  A big advantage of the framing-station is the movable clamping frames that they can be positioned on a linear unit.  In this way, clamping frames for several vehicle types can be used.
