Component Testing

In component testing, Volke carries out functional tests, quasi-static load tests with recorded force-distance curves, functional endurance runs on component-specific endurance test stands, as well as measurements of the entire vehicle and components.  For all of this, we have an extensive range of measurement technology for stress, electricity, power, force paths, DMS, temperature, flow rate, pressure, or CAN-bus-signal testing available to us, for example, a screw torque test stand with a force of up to 135 Nm, as well as diverse climate chambers.  Our competitive advantage lies in our short reaction times when it comes to realizing special  customer requests.
