For the optimum body, Volke will do everything.  Using certified testing facilities and the most modern measurement technology, under changing climatic conditions the operational stability of entire bodies and individual parts are analyzed, and their static rigidity determined.  Functional and driving tests, as well as testing in wind tunnels, provide information about component stability, window run-in behavior, and many other functions.  Also, the functional reliability of individual components under conditions of extreme temperatures is studied.  Volke coordinates the testing of components, sets up and updates current test plans, creates benchmarks, inspects and evaluates components on the basis of the requirements in the respective testing specifications and regulations, and thus offers complete component-overlapping test-side support – from the initial concept, right through to series production, in every automobile class.  Volke's testing program offers economic advantages because it makes it possible to carry out both operational stability and design-accompanying testing in an accelerated manner through the individual stages of construction.
