Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
The so-called Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) came into force on July 2, 2023. This means that employees, including former employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, etc., can report company violations of, for example, criminal provisions or regulations punishable by fines (administrative offenses) via an internal reporting center.
