Establishing and coordinating project start and end dates is one of the fundamental management tasks of Volke's project teams. Resources are optimally planned, and specialists are deployed on time. Continuous comparison with project goals using graphical target/actual comparisons brings transparency to the steering committee. Furthermore, the project team generates reminder systems to identify potential overruns early on. The team monitors all costs: procurement costs are optimized, and intelligent early warning mechanisms with ongoing target/actual comparisons immediately identify when costs are "getting out of hand." Of course, Volke also offers the appropriate tools to initiate effective countermeasures promptly.

You have to know the competition you want to outperform. Volke offers comprehensive competitive comparisons for this. This includes partial analysis of comparable models, vehicle disassembly, and material analysis. Volke also identifies potential improvements, such as cost, weight, or quality points. Each step is documented in detail in photographs.

Volke clarifies what is to be delivered, for what purpose, how, and when. Therefore, Volke's specification preparation includes defining all technical requirements for the components and assemblies to be developed based on a standardized documentation structure. Volke also monitors and reviews all specifications, including their revision. Furthermore, Volke compiles all requirements regarding delivery and scope of services and describes the basic technical requirements from the user's perspective, including all boundary conditions. Furthermore, Volke compiles all relevant information for the manufacturer and makes it quantifiable and verifiable, documented in detail in a photographic documentation.

Digitization of project information

Volke develops .NET application solutions, either locally based on XML or network-based on SQL Server (MS Server, MySQL, Oracle, SQLite, etc.), as well as converter programs that can be used to convert and restructure existing information for customized further processing within projects. Automated tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also part of the service portfolio, as is the creation of customized user interfaces.

Wie im vorherigen Beispiel gezeigt, kann eine Funktion beliebige viele Parameter besitzen. Auf die Werte der Parameter können wir dann im Funktionsrumpf wie auf jede andere Variable zugreifen. Die Variablen sind nur innerhalb einer Funktion gültig, d.h. wenn ihr Variablen innerhalb einem Funktionsrumpf ändert, dann hat dies keine Auswirkung auf andere Variablen (ausgenommen sind globale Variablen wie beispielsweise Session).
